My Thrift Store Finds Means New Projects...

Hey everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I want to welcome our new subscribers and friends, thank you so much for joining our blog. We are going to try to post more often. I do have a lot of projects on the go, its just a matter of getting them uploaded.

I made my weekly trip to the thrift stores, Value Village and Talize. I didn't find much, but I did get a couple of really cool finds that I can't wait to start working on.

I love this bench for the park, the Monster High dolls have been sitting on rocks but now there will be a small romantic spot in the park. I dont' want to paint the bench because I want it to be natural, but I do want to do something to it. I will probably work on it this weekend.

I also found this cute little jewellery box that would be perfect as a dresser for Draculaura, Draculily and Clawdeen's dorm room. They've been keeping their clothes in their coffins, now they'll have somewhere to put them. I'll be doing a funky paint job on it, well I hope it turns out funky not junky :). If it works out and Lola my niece likes what I've done, I will probably be doing the same with her full size dresser and room furniture, we are giving her bedroom a whole new makeover during March break.

Great Thrift Store Finds

I passed by the thrift store this week and I found some really cool finds.

A new tub for a new Monster High doll condo or house I will be starting soon...I hope :)

 Not sure where I will use these shelves, maybe in one of the dorm rooms, the academy 

lounge or in the new condo or house...

Another Great Garage Sale Find

Another great garage sale find. I found two of these old mirrors made from Italy.

I'm thinking of painting them silver and hanging them in the Monster High house.

I love garage sales, I'm finding alot of great stuff this year, especially for my mini dollhomes.

Can't wait till next weekend.
